Refund Policy

We want you to love every OBX product. If something isn't right, here's what we do:

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@obx.store with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
